Terms and Conditions
- All students must pay their tuition fees in US$ 300 per month for up to 60 month. Once the student is qualified for the final professional MBBS examination, further tuition fees will not be imposed. If the student failed to become qualify to attain in the final professional examination, his/her monthly tuition fess has to be continued.
- Internship fee is included with admission fee.
- All Professional Examination fees have to be paid by the student.
- If any tax & VAT imposed by the Govt. that has to be paid by the student.
- For any session loss tuition fees, hostel charges and other charges (if any) shall be paid by the student.
- The student has to pay food charge at their own cost. All the charge are subject to change
- No money will be refunded at any level of admission (before & after and cancellation of admmission at any time) of the admission.
- Payment should be made through only remittance to specified Bank in favor of Dhaka National Medical College, Dhaka, Bangladesh or online payment system.
- The Consultants will take the responsibilities of Equivalence Certificate of their students. If any Equivalence Certificate is not available in DG Health in time, College authority will not liable be for be this and all payment of the students and consultants incentives will be forfeited.
- The hostel charge shall be valid for 60 month (5 years) from the date of admission. After valid 60 month (5 years), student must pay hostel charge until passing the course. If any student wants to avail air condition room, he/she has to pay extra bill as per rules and regulation of the college hostel.
- Mode of Payment (Admission fees, hostel charge) course schedule may be changed as per need.
- After passing the final professional MBBS Examination, all students (internee) must be shifted to Intern hostel as per rules and regulations of the college hostel.

You are here by selected provisionally for admission in MBBS course (Five years) & one year Internship Training) in Zainul Haque Sikder Women's Medical College & Hospital, West Dhanmondi, Dhaka, Bangladesh for the session 2024-2025. You have to abide by the following terms & conditions for admission as foreign student:
- Submission of records & documents during admission:
a) All original & photocopies of academic certificates & marks sheet with valid passport duly attested/ countersigned by your Ministry of foreign affairs.
b) Original Equivalency certificate to be approved by the respective competent authority.
c) A prescribed declaration form must be signed by you & your parent/guardian for maintaining roles & regulations and discipline.
2.Regarding course fees:
a) Total amount for the course fee is USS 42000.00(Forty two thousand) only which includes US$ 1000.00 (One thousand) as Govt. fee & US$ 1000.00 (One thousand) as Dhaka University Registration fee.
b) An amount of US$ 100.00(One hundred) per month for fooding charge shall have to be paid.
c) The above clauses 2 (a) & (b) are applicable for 5 years packages courses. If you could not pass in the stipulated period, additional course fee per Professional examination of Dhaka University an amount of US$ 3500.00 (Three thousand five hundred) only including hostel accommodation fee shall have to be paid by the student.
d) Candidates who will enjoy facility of AC (Air condition) have to be paid $ 50.00 (Fifty) dollar per month in addition to package cost.
3.Procedure of payment:
a) US$ 5000.00 (Five thousand) per student as security money shall have to be paid at the time of receiving offer letter" which may extend latest by 15th working days (That be adjusted at the time of admission otherwise be forfeited).
b) US$ 20000.00 (Twenty thousand) only shall have to be paid at the time of admission including security money (Not refundable)
c) Remaining balance US$ 22000.00 (US$ Twenty two thousand) shall have to be paid in four years by 8 installments i.e. each of the installment amounting US$ 2750.00 (US$ Two thousand seven hundred fifty) only, which will be paid in the 1st week of July & January till the total amount is paid.

US-BANGLA MEDICAL COLLEGE

Special Note: Candidates in need of air conditioned accommodation will have to pay an additional amount of BDT 3.500/-per month per seat. This amount is to be paid in local currency on monthly basic.
The total College expenses for 5-yr course (including Non AC accommodation) is USS 44,000. Charges for AC Accommodation & Monthly food charges are payable separately. During 1 year internship at IMCH an intern will be entitled to internship allowance. A) Seats will be filled up on first-come first-served basis. - If a student fails to complete the MBBS course within 5 (five) years, then he has to pay tuition & accommodation fees monthly at the rate of that time up to completion of the course. There is absolutely no other additional or hidden cost.

- Students will have to pay an additional $1000 (One Thousand USD) for registration with Chittagong Medical University (CMU) within 31st July 2025. Students will have to pay all examination & other fees imposed by the Chittagong Medical University during the tenure of the academic course.

Value Added Tax (VAT) if applicable as per government rate whenever necessary.
Seat Cancellation: If any student cancels her admission, then Ad-din shall not refund any deposited amount.

a) Follow the college and hospital timetable meticulously.
b) Attend assembly at 7:45 am regularly.

Terms & Conditions
- All professional Examination Fees have to be borne by the student.
- Any fees imposed by the Government (VAT, if any) must be borne by the student.
- All types of money transfer fees and taxes must be paid by the student/sender.
- If any student fails to complete the course within the due time, they will have to pay US$ 300 per month for tuition and accommodation.
- Students must bear the cost of their own meals in the hostel or cafeteria. Charges are subject to change. Utility (Electricity & Water) and meal charges are not included in the above fees.
- Withdrawal Policy: Withdrawal within 10 days from admission: US$ 6,500 will be deducted.
- Withdrawal after 10 days from admission: US$ 16,500 will be forfeited.
- Payments should only be made via remittance to the bank account of Khwaja Yunus Ali Medical College, Enayetpur, Sirajganj, Bangladesh.
- At the time of admission, students must deposit US$ 200 or BDT 20,000 (Twenty thousand only) as security money, which is refundable in Bangladeshi Taka after course completion and hostel departure (subject to clearance from the college accounts department).
- Students must submit attested photocopies of their Educational Certificates, Marks Sheets, Testimonials, and a valid Passport. These documents must be attested by the education board and foreign ministry of their home country.
- If any submitted documents are found to be false or fictitious, the student's admission will be canceled and any money deposited will be forfeited.
Prime Medical College
Prime Medical College commenced its teaching journey in 2008. It is located in the northern part of Bangladesh in the Rangpur district. The main campus building has an attached hospital, a separate hostel for men and women, and an academic building. Its current chairman is Farzana Afroz, and the principal is Mr. Noor Islam.
Being a leading private medical college, it is recognized by the Rajshahi University under the Faculty of Medicine and the BMDC. For the MBBS program, the college started enrolling 50 students initially, and now the number has increased to 135 with the support of the MOHFW and the University of Rajshahi. All the modern facilities are accessible here, like a conference room, a multi-purpose cafe, and an auditorium with a seating capacity of 1500 persons.

- Students have to pay Examination fees, Hostel utility bills, Meal charges, and Govt. tax (if applicable).
- If the student wants a monthly allowance during the one-year internship training, they have to pay an additional US$ 2,000 at the time of admission.
- Those who don't want a monthly allowance don’t need to pay an intern fee.
- Accommodation fee during the internship period must be paid as US$ 50 on a monthly basis.
- All fees are non-refundable.

- Total duration of the MBBS course is 60 months. If any student fails to complete the course within 60 (sixty) months, they will have to pay USD 150 per month as tuition fees until passing the final Professional Examination.
- All fees are non-refundable.
- Any alteration by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Dhaka University, or Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council will be applicable.
INSTITUTE OF APPLIED HEALTH SCIENCES (IAHS)
Since 1989, the Institute of Applied Health Sciences (IAHS) has been producing top-notch healthcare professionals. It’s a prominent medical institute in Chittagong, Bangladesh, that received affiliation from Chittagong University in 2017.
Initially, the institution started with 42 students under the National Professor Dr. Nurul Islam. The whole course fee for MBBS for Indian students is USD 42,000.00 (US Dollar forty-two thousand) only, which includes hostel room rent for 05 (five) years USD 2,700.00 and which is without Chittagong Medical University (CMU) registration fee (subject to change due to decision of the authority/government, taxes, etc.). The student needs to pay utility charges (electricity, water, gas, maintenance) for the hostel room by him/herself.

- The candidate must qualify in NEET India for pursuing MBBS Program in Bangladesh.
- If a student requires more than the above-mentioned 05 (five) years to pass the final professional exams, he/she has to pay a monthly tuition fee @ USD 100 (one hundred) and monthly hostel room rent @ USD 45 (forty-five) for the additional period. Students need to pay utility charges (electricity, water, gas, maintenance) for the hostel room by him/herself.
